App Terms of Service

1. Overview

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Raycash mobile app for iOS and Android (the “App”), including the waitlist, raytags, the In confidence newsletter, and the Raycash Points program. The App is operated by Raycash Inc. (“Raycash”, “we”, “our”, or “us”), a Delaware corporation.

When you create an account in the App, we ask you to accept these Terms. Our App Privacy Policy explains how we process personal information; it is not a request for blanket consent to that processing. The raycash.xyz website (the “Website”) has its own Terms of Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live if that is higher, to create an account or take part in Raycash Points.

3. Your Account

You sign in with a one-time code sent to your email address. The App and the Website share one Raycash account: signing in to both with the same email address gives you the same account, Raycash Points and referrals. You must take reasonable steps to keep access to that email account and to your device secure, and must not knowingly allow another person to misuse your Raycash account. Each person may have only one account.

The passcode and Face ID, Touch ID or fingerprint lock you set in the App protect it on your device. Your passcode stays on your device; we never receive it.

Tell us at privacy@raycash.xyz if you think someone else has accessed your account without permission.

4. Raytags

When you set up your account, you choose a raytag: a unique handle of 3 to 20 lowercase letters, numbers or underscores. Each raytag can belong to only one account at a time. Like joining the waitlist, reserving a raytag does not guarantee access to the full Raycash app or to any feature in it.

5. Waitlist and Newsletter

• Joining the waitlist does not guarantee access to the full Raycash app, or to any particular feature, timeline, price or region.
• Creating your account in the App adds you to the waitlist. It adds you to the In confidence newsletter only if you choose to subscribe. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email we send.

6. Raycash Points

6.1 What points are

Raycash Points recognize participation in our promotional program. They are non-transferable program records.

Points:

• Cannot be redeemed for money.
• Cannot be sold, transferred, traded or combined between accounts.
• Do not represent ownership in Raycash or rights to its revenue, profits or assets.
• Do not give you an entitlement to tokens, an airdrop or any other future reward.

If we introduce a benefit associated with Points, we will explain its eligibility conditions and applicable terms before offering it.

6.2 Earning points

You earn Points by completing the tasks shown in the App and by referring friends. We check social tasks through X and Telegram, and a check can take time to complete.

We may remove the Points awarded for a task if you reverse the action required for that task, such as unfollowing an account, deleting a qualifying post or leaving a group. If disconnecting an account will also remove Points associated with it, we will explain that consequence before you confirm disconnection.

6.3 Referrals

A referral counts once, when a person who has never had a Raycash account signs up through your referral link or code. You may not refer yourself, create or use fake or duplicate accounts, use bots, buy or sell referrals, or send unsolicited messages (spam) to promote your link.

When posting about Raycash or sharing a referral link, you must make truthful statements, comply with the relevant platform’s rules and clearly disclose your participation in the Points program where required. For example: “I earn Raycash Points for this referral.”

Do not claim that Points will have a future financial value or guarantee access, rewards, tokens or an airdrop. You do not need to express a favorable opinion to participate; any opinion you share must reflect your genuine views.

6.4 Leaderboard

Your rank, Points, referral count, a generated avatar and a masked form of your email address may appear on the leaderboard, in the App and on the Website.

6.5 Our discretion

We may change how Points are earned or calculated, correct errors, adjust or remove Points, disqualify accounts we reasonably believe have broken these Terms or gamed the program, and suspend or end the program at any time, with or without notice. To the extent the law allows, our decisions about Points are final.

Where practicable, we will give reasonable advance notice of material changes affecting existing participants.

We may act without advance notice where necessary to address fraud, abuse, security risks or legal requirements. We may remove Points or disqualify an account where we reasonably believe the account has breached these Terms, but we will consider relevant information you provide if you believe we have made a mistake.

You can request a review by contacting privacy@raycash.xyz. Nothing in this section limits rights or remedies that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.

7. Connected Accounts

You can connect an X or Telegram account to complete tasks. By connecting one, you let us read the limited information described in our App Privacy Policy. Your use of X and Telegram is governed by their own terms (X, Telegram). An X or Telegram account can be connected to only one Raycash account at a time, and you can disconnect it whenever you like.

8. Acceptable Use

When using the App, you agree not to:

• use bots, scripts or other automated means to sign up, sign in, complete tasks or collect data
• get around our rate limits, app integrity checks or other security measures
• interfere with or disrupt the App or the systems behind it
• impersonate anyone, including through your raytag, or give false information
• use the App for anything unlawful, fraudulent or harmful

9. Intellectual Property

All content in the App, including text, graphics, logos, images and software, belongs to Raycash Inc. or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute or create derivative works from it without our prior written consent.

You may use the referral links, sharing tools and promotional materials that we make available for that purpose, in accordance with these Terms and any accompanying instructions.

10. Third-Party Services and Links

The App links to and works with services we do not control, such as X and Telegram. We are not responsible for their content, policies or availability. You download the App from Apple’s App Store or Google Play, whose own terms also apply to your download and use of the App.

11. Disclaimer

The App, the waitlist, raytags and Raycash Points are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Nothing in the App is financial, investment, legal or tax advice, or an offer to sell or a solicitation of an offer to buy any security, token or financial instrument.

The App’s introduction describes the full Raycash app this waitlist leads to. We make no promises about the availability, features or timeline of the full Raycash app, which may not be available in every country.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Raycash Inc. will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data or goodwill, arising from your use of the App, the waitlist, raytags or Raycash Points.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Nothing in these Terms removes mandatory consumer rights or remedies available to you under applicable law.

13. Indemnity

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you are responsible for third-party claims and reasonable, documented losses directly caused by your fraudulent or unlawful misuse of the App, or your deliberate material breach of these Terms.

You are not responsible under this section for losses caused by Raycash’s own breach, negligence or misconduct. We will take reasonable steps to limit losses and will not recover the same loss more than once.

14. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or close your account, and remove your Points, if you break these Terms or if we end the program. You can stop using the App at any time, and delete your account in the App (Account, then Delete account), at raycash.xyz/delete-account, or by emailing privacy@raycash.xyz.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Delaware law. However, if you are a consumer, this choice does not deprive you of mandatory protections under the law that would otherwise apply where you habitually live.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes to the App or program, legal requirements, or security and operational needs.

We will update the effective date and notify account holders by email of material changes, explaining when they take effect. Where practicable, we will give reasonable advance notice. Changes needed to address urgent legal or security issues may take effect sooner.

Where applicable law requires your agreement to a change, we will ask for it. If you do not accept updated Terms, you may stop using the App and delete your account. Changes do not remove rights or claims that have already arisen under applicable law.
