Raycash support

Each sign-in emails you a 6-digit code. It works for 10 minutes, and you can ask for a new one after 60 seconds.

No code? Check your spam folder, and that the address is the one you signed up with.

Your passcode only unlocks the app on your phone. Email support@raycash.xyz from the address on your account, and we’ll help you back in.

Your points, tasks and referral link are in the app, and on raycash.xyz/user. A referral counts once your friend has joined through your link and follows Raycash on X.

Delete it in the app under Account, or on raycash.xyz/delete-account. It removes your points, referrals, raytag and connected accounts for good.
